Copper foil and solder together, edge with 5/64" U Hobby Came or 1/8" U Channel. Add a bit of 20 gauge wire soldered on the back for reinforcement.
Long time ago, I made one of these Angels into a large rectangular panel with background glass & Zinc U Channel for edges. Most of the cuts were easy.♡
